• Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate hardware and company services. • Develop business through multiple marketing and sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling, conducting in person meetings, and partnering with vendors or manufacturers. • Maintain a targeted understanding of customers’ business, showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and create strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business. • Meet or exceed annual sales top line revenue and margin goals as defined by management. • Work with inside sales team to ensure that quotes are provided, and order requests are processed accurately and with engineering team to accurately scope projects. • Manage individual sales objectives to include sales orders and billing activities to support quarterly goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 5+ years of outside information technology sales experience (customer facing) in infrastructure, storage, network security, software sales, professional services or managed services preferred and cloud strongly preferred.
- Excellent sales skills including proficiency of the English language, assertive, empathetic, flexible, strong customer service, active listener, persuasive, public speaker, polished presenter and service orientation focus.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record in developing relationships with customers and vendors, and ability to translate client business needs into solutions.

• Deliver high-quality customer service to drive retention and strengthen client relationships. • Perform both proactive and reactive servicing tasks aligned with the Group's Customer Service (CS) model. • Act as a second-level expert for escalated servicing tasks, including policy wording clarifications and claims resolution. • Collaborate with external broker and key internal teams, including Risk, Claims, and Policy Administration. • Lead the execution of the policy renewal journey, including preparing renewal quotes and restructuring policies. • Engage with customers in the renewal process, including price negotiation and collecting key updates. • Collaborate with Credit and Commercial Underwriting (CUW) teams on high-risk policy management. • Implement account management plans based on the target service model.
• Service assigned client base to establish rapport for in-depth client relationship. • Coordinate workflow with assigned client service representative for clients and carriers. • Coordinate bid process for existing clients for supplemental and group health products. • Meet with clients for renewal process and make recommendations in the client's best interest. • Act as a liaison between the client and third-party vendors of clients. • Coordinate management of client accounts with HPS account team. • Prepare group meeting and enrollment materials for clients. • Plan, coordinate and conduct group meetings and employee enrollments. • Effect changes in benefit plans as needed by client. • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues (claims, eligibility, etc.) with third party vendors on behalf of client and their employees. • Maintain quick communication with client via email/Internet/voice. • Maintain awareness of new developments, changes with various carriers and new federal/state laws.
