Role Description Ansell is looking for a Scientific Services Leader – North America to join our team! In this position you will play a vital role shaping the future of customer value through innovation and expertise. As the Scientific Services Leader, you will drive the strategy, growth, and execution of Ansell’s industry leading Scientific services portfolio across North America. By leveraging data driven insights, digital solutions, and customer-focused programs, you will partner with commercial teams to enhance customer experience, strengthen retention, and create measurable business impact. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or Business-related field a plus. - 7+ years of commercial, services or technical leadership experience in scientific, life-sciences or healthcare markets. - Demonstrated success leading services or program portfolios and driving measurable commercial outcomes. - Deep understanding of laboratory / scientific end-user environments and services-led selling. - Strong strategic, analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. - Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional influence skills. - Experience with digital tools, data/reporting platforms and customer-experience programs. - Ability to travel 50%. Requirements - Lead Scientific Services Strategy & Growth - Develop and execute the North America strategy for Ansell’s innovative Scientific Services portfolio, including Ansell Guardian, Chemical Guardian, APEX, RightCycle, Isolator GTM, and Lab Testing. - Partner closely with commercial teams to accelerate service adoption, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer retention. - Position Scientific Services as a key competitive differentiator, creating value-driven solutions that deepen customer partnerships and win strategic opportunities. - Drive Digital Transformation & Innovation - Champion the digital evolution of Scientific Services, enhancing scalability, customer experience, and the delivery of actionable insights. - Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to shape the future of the services portfolio, bringing new capabilities and go-to-market strategies to life. - Identify emerging trends and opportunities to continuously enhance customer value and service effectiveness. - Deliver Insights That Drive Decisions - Lead the strategy for Scientific Services data, analytics, and reporting, transforming information into measurable business impact. - Leverage customer and market insights to uncover opportunities, demonstrate value, and support data-driven decision making. - Develop compelling analyses and recommendations that help customers optimize performance while supporting commercial growth objectives. - Elevate Customer Engagement & Expertise - Lead high-impact customer engagement initiatives, including Voice of Customer programs, product trials, training, advisory councils, and customer experience forums. - Build and deliver training programs that strengthen commercial teams' ability to communicate and sell the value of Scientific Services. - Capture customer feedback and market intelligence to continuously improve services, strengthen relationships, and influence future portfolio development.
