• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other digital channels. • Assess leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services. • Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features and benefits tailored to each prospect. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, addressing inquires and providing solutions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems. • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies, share insights, and optimize sales processes. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or business development roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Advanced customer service, problem solving, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
- Target-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
