Principal Engineer, UiPath Automation
Zelis
• Design and implement enterprise-grade automation frameworks integrating RPA, AI/ML, and cloud-native services (Azure Logic Apps, AWS Step Functions). • Establish standards for bot orchestration, error handling, and scalability. • Implement complex integrations across ERP, CRM, and custom applications using APIs and middleware. • Ensure compliance with Security, privacy, regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards in automation solutions. • Conduct capacity planning and load testing for automation infrastructure. • Optimize bot utilization and resource allocation across environments. • Lead small project teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across systems. • Lead design sessions and ensure alignment with business and technical goals. • Guide and mentor engineering teams in solving complex technical challenges. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies for long-term innovation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project milestones. • Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for critical production issues.
Job Requirements
- Typically has Bach. +8 yrs; Masters +6 yrs
- Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise.
- Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional conferences
- Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with UiPath platform
- Expertise in RPA orchestration and unattended bot management.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native automation.
- Advanced SQL and data analytics for performance monitoring.
- Experience leading initiatives.
