• Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen auf Basis unseres MFR‑/WMS‑Produkts • Konfiguration, Erweiterung und projektspezifische Anpassung der Software • Analyse fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen im Projektkontext • Entwicklung stabiler und wartbarer Lösungen innerhalb der Produktarchitektur • Technische Verantwortung für Software‑Teilbereiche innerhalb eines Projekts • Unterstützung der Software‑Projektleitung bei technischen Entscheidungen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Risikoanalysen • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Fehler – insbesondere in Test‑ und Inbetriebnahmephasen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software‑Inbetriebnehmern, Projektleitung und Service • Fachliche Unterstützung und Anleitung von Junior‑ und Professional‑Entwicklern

Job Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung (bevorzugt C# oder Delphi)
  • Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft wünschenswert, idealerweise im Umfeld: Intralogistik, Automatisierung oder Industrie‑ oder Anlagenbau
  • Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Softwaresysteme, Datenbanksysteme (SQL), Schnittstellen sowie Kommunikationsprozesse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Team‑ und Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten im Projektumfeld
