Learning Project Manager

• Join Our Mission at Learnlight, an EdTech company dedicated to enhancing human skills in the workplace. • Play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing learning development projects. • Coordinate with key stakeholders and manage collaborators to ensure timely and budget-aligned project outcomes. • Identify and mitigate risks affecting project delivery while supporting high-quality digital learning experiences. • Lead and coordinate projects in Language, Intercultural, and Interpersonal Skills by creating clear project plans and milestones. • Oversee project execution ensuring content quality and documentation maintenance while tracking progress with appropriate tools. • Drive process improvements, conduct stand-ups, and collaborate with specialists and Learning Business Analysts.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, including planning, forecasting, and budget management.
- 1+ year of experience managing stakeholders and external resources, such as authors, trainers, or developers.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and product development processes (ideally in EdTech or related sectors).
- Experience with Agile-driven project management methodologies and ability to apply best practices to ensure successful delivery.
- Highly collaborative and empathetic, able to motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
- Fluency in English, self-directed, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects with strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
