• Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. • Oversees project progress, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, and maintains accountability for schedules, documentation to ensure successful outcomes aligned with client expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. • Monitor project milestones and deliverables providing regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders. • Create and maintain detailed project documentation in proprietary or client software.
• The Quality Control Technician ensures that medium voltage (MV) electrical systems and components meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality control requirements during construction and commissioning. • Work in a team environment alongside site Quality Management Team to monitor safety, quality, and efficiency of contractors’ work • Ensure the high-quality installation of electrical portions of project; including underground cabling, mod to mod wiring, combiner box terminations, and DC collection system • Verify that the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship conforms to the specifications and updates of the contract documents • Work with Site Manager and owner’s Project Manager in reviews of project schedules and updates. • Supervise and ensure quality control of work team through daily inspections of the work in progress and maintain very accurate records of these inspections • Witness and submit inspection documents on benchmarks as required by the contract and the job specifications • Collaboratively develop site specific inspections and test reports and review contractor inspection and test plans • Ensure all records required from the Quality Management system are controlled, maintained, and provide evidence of conformance with project requirements • Attend and participate in project meetings and provide liaison between engineers and contractors and craft workers to ensure electrical components of the project comply with drawings and specifications. • Maintain relationships with all visitors to the site: customers and contractors • Recommend revision to methods of operation, material handling, equipment layout, or other changes to increase production or improve standards • Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA/QC Manager and assist in developing corrective actions • Work with engineering staff to ensure plans, specifications, submittals and RFIs are transmitted to subcontractors accurately and timely • Ensure owners supplied subcontract crews have resources and support
• Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the field and operations staff • Supports the overall assignment, set-up, communication, scheduling, coordination, preparation, and completion of each assigned project task • Coordinates and communicates schedules with all vendors, clients, and internal and/or external team • Develops reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions to present to stakeholders • Tracks data through web-based project management tools • Assists in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and technological solutions

• Performs various building assessment-type projects • Conducts walk-through surveys of a property’s accessible and visible major building equipment and systems • Collect information from data plates for entry into web-based program • Photograph equipment and tags • Evaluate condition of equipment • Applies bar codes to identified equipment • Gathers photographic documentation of equipment tags, data tags, site and building features • Review plans and construction documents for comparison with site conditions • Documented information will consist of various property records supplied by clients • Communicate inspection results and compliance issues to property owners, contractors, and relevant stakeholders • Follow all documented policies and procedures applicable to the position

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, including Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers, engineers, auditors, quality and scientific professionals, and entry-level laboratory operations positions • Serve as the team’s sourcing expert, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and creative direct-sourcing techniques to build and maintain deep pipelines of both active and passive candidates • Partner with commercial, engineering, laboratory, quality, and operations leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver proactive, tailored talent acquisition solutions • Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple US and Americas locations, maintaining insight into each location’s recurring and specialized hiring needs • Provide real-time data and analysis on labor markets, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks - with particular knowledge of the TIC sector - to inform sourcing strategy • Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment tools, process, and best practices, promoting consistency and compliance in hiring across diverse functions • Support and help lead company-wide system enhancement initiatives (e.g., ATS upgrades, workflow optimization), serving as a point of contact for rollout, training, and adoption • Ensure a positive, professional applicant experience from first contact through hire, reinforcing Bureau Veritas as an employer of choice • Manage the flow of candidates from sourcing through offer within a web-based applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant records • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and regional leaders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and business goals • Integrate inclusive hiring practices across the recruitment lifecycle and support initiatives that strengthen Bureau Veritas’s brand across talent communities
• Provide coordination of planning for contractors, and craft activities on a utility scale solar site. • Develop and enhance relationships by providing superior service. • Ensure all records required from the Quality Management system are controlled, maintained, and provide evidence of conformance with project requirements. • Review and be familiar with the mechanical job specifications, drawings, and the submittals, which will outline the quality requirements. • Make daily inspections of the work in progress and maintain very accurate records of these inspections. • Witness mechanical benchmarks as required by the contract and the job specifications.
• The Pre-Stressed Concrete Inspector is responsible for oversight of the fabrication facility's quality assurance. • Communicating with the Project Manager to determine specific requirements of a given work order. • Ensure services provided are performed in accordance with project requirements and contract with the client. • Generate and process timesheets, billing reports, and inspection reports. • Maintain a positive relationship between Bureau Veritas, fabrication facility, and client. • Ability to work remotely from established Bureau Veritas offices.
