• Lead and execute end-to-end congress and life sciences event projects both onsite and remote • Independently build, configure and launch web and mobile native event apps using Backstage • Manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications • Coordinate closely with congress organisers, vendors, internal departments, and the customer for seamless execution • Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports

• You will negotiate multi-year enterprise contracts, drive revenue and usage growth across our largest Fortune 500 accounts, and shape the long-term success of our most valued partnerships. • Identify and close expansion, upgrade and renewal opportunities. • Perform account research, mapping and planning, including capturing intelligence on organization design, strategic priorities, understanding budget cycles, and creating pricing benchmarks against other solutions. • Execute account retention and expansion plan, coordinating implementation and key integrations, conducting workshops and webinars. • Build relationships with key account stakeholders, engaging with new users and fostering trust-based relationships.

• This position is the ideal role for aspiring and existing event professionals, with experience in event technology, who are committed to taking service excellence to the next level. • You will be passionately delivering incredible event attendee experiences through app-based event solutions. • You will appreciate operating at a fast pace on various projects, with a strong customer-centric mindset and strong attention to detail. • As an Associate Event Project Manager, you will be successfully delivering high volumes of events, reporting to the Manager, Event Services as part of our network of associates. • Responsibilities may include badge printing, iPad sign-in, lead scanning, managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and thoroughly reviewing apps to guarantee flawless delivery. • Following the event, you’ll handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations to the customer, highlighting successes and identifying areas for future improvement.

• Audit and validate Event Services hours • Review and challenge logged hours from employees and associates • Review, book, and validate Event Services-related invoices • Manage Event Services travel and expense operations • Act as a first line of Finance control for Event Services costs • Support operational improvements and documentation
