Business Development Manager – Project Management Sales

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for project management, program management, design-build, and turnkey project delivery services across targeted industry sectors • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target organizations, establish executive-level relationships, and position the company as a preferred partner • Lead the full business development lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, discovery, and project award • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of related experience (division specific roles), or minimum of 5 years of related experience (market sector focused roles)
  • Valid driver's license required with no significant motor vehicle record (MVR) points/violations (clean driving record)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand market presence within multi-site commercial real estate and facilities portfolios.
  • Expertise in selling project management, program management, design-build, and turnkey project delivery services.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships with owners, developers, corporate real estate teams, facilities leaders, and portfolio managers.
  • Effective at managing sales pipelines, forecasting opportunities, and leveraging CRM tools to support business development activities and achieve sales goals.

Role Description Syner-G is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to provide advanced organizational, administrative, and field-level support for construction and maintenance projects with a strong emphasis on health and safety. This role serves as a key facilitator between project managers, field safety professionals, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that project activities are well-coordinated, documented, and compliant with established procedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings prior coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting safe and efficient project execution. Work location: Travel to client sites may be required based on project needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day coordination support to the technical field construction health and safety team for construction and maintenance projects. - Assist Capital Project Management and Facilities Project Management with safety-related tasks during construction phases and occasionally during design and planning. - Lead the organization and facilitation of pre-construction planning meetings, ensuring required materials and documentation are prepared and distributed. - Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, logs, and documentation related to safety activities, inspections, and contractor compliance. - Support the review of contractor Job Hazard Analyses, Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), Health and Safety programs, and related submittals. - Participate in site walks with field safety professionals to document observations, track corrective actions, and ensure hazards are addressed in a timely manner. - Compile, analyze, and report safety metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements. - Assist with incident investigations by gathering information, organizing documentation, and preparing draft reports for client submission. - Support participation in inspections, informal conferences, and meetings with governing entities or insurers when requested. - Ensure all project documentation aligns with applicable SOPs, MOPs, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate follow-up actions with contractors and project teams to close out identified hazards or deficiencies. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with project teams, contractor safety representatives, and internal stakeholders to support effective communication and alignment. - Provide administrative and logistical support for safety-related training, briefings, and documentation distribution. - Coordinate actions, meetings, deliverables, and follow-up activities across multiple projects and workstreams. - Support review of existing as-built documentation, records, and project information to identify, organize, and communicate relevant data to project stakeholders. - Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to gather information, resolve documentation gaps, and support planning and decision-making activities. - Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, invoicing, consultant onboarding, and project controls activities. - Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools, AI, automation, and standardization to improve execution.
