Commercial Operations Manager

• Formulate and execute the strategy for sales proposals and agreements. • Define business structure, pricing, and proposal development. • Support customer negotiations. • Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services aimed at business growth. • Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process. • Develop in-depth knowledge of the sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer segments. • Review, draft, and negotiate supply and service contracts for large-scale engineering projects involving power systems, electrical equipment, and complex EPC/EPCM scopes. • Legal knowledge with proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks in key clauses (e.g., scope, performance guarantees/penalty clauses, warranty, intellectual property, change orders/variations, indemnities, limitations of liability, termination, and dispute resolution), providing advisory support to internal stakeholders and driving commercially balanced outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Law and/or Engineering, with experience negotiating complex contracts.
- Experience in Sales and Proposal Management.
- Experience working in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and/or Mining/Metals market segments.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align risk positions, negotiate client contract models, and obtain approvals within corporate governance.

Role Description Mochi Foods is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while also keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly. You'll work directly with wholesale and retail customers, process orders, coordinate shipments, and support inventory and purchasing activities. • Define and own the annual enablement roadmap, aligned to sales hiring plans, product launches, and go-to-market motions • Architect and oversee the full rep lifecycle — new hire onboarding, role-based certification paths, continuous learning, and leadership development programs • Own the organization's learning design methodology (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent) • Evaluate, implement, and optimize the enablement tech stack (LMS, content management, eLearning authoring, conversation intelligence, AI coaching) • Lead creation of the sales playbook, persona-level battlecards, and competitive positioning assets • Build a measurement framework using Kirkpatrick levels 1–4 and Phillips ROI methodology • Present quarterly enablement reviews to Sales and Revenue leadership • Design and run SKOs, regional summits, QBR content, and deal review frameworks
• Develop and deliver ramp-up programs for new hires and ongoing training for seasoned reps • Use ADDIE or SAM frameworks to design, storyboard, and produce blended learning solutions • Build and maintain the sales playbook, pitch decks, case studies, and battlecards • Manage day-to-day operations of the go-to-market tools • Track and report on KPIs like Time to First Deal, Content Usage Rate, and Win Rate by segment • Translate complex product updates from engineering into benefits-focused talk tracks • Plan and facilitate content for SKOs, QBRs, and regional field enablement sessions
