Role Description Mochi Foods is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers while also keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly. You'll work directly with wholesale and retail customers, process orders, coordinate shipments, and support inventory and purchasing activities. As a small and fast-growing company, we are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to wear multiple hats. - Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email - Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and shipping - Help customers find the best products and solutions for their business - Process customer orders and generate invoices - Coordinate shipments with warehouses and logistics partners - Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing activities - Maintain accurate records for orders, purchase orders, and vendor communications - Assist with inventory planning, forecasting, and operational reporting - Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse partners to ensure excellent customer service Qualifications - 1–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, supply chain, purchasing, or related fields - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Requirements - Experience in food & beverage, CPG, wholesale, retail, or manufacturing (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing workflows (Nice to Have) - Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho CRM, Extensiv, NetSuite, or similar systems (Nice to Have) - Experience working with warehouses, freight carriers, or suppliers (Nice to Have) - Startup or small business experience (Nice to Have) Benefits - Fully remote position - Opportunity to work directly with a growing food brand - Small team environment with high visibility and impact - Diverse responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth - Fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas matter To Apply Please send your resume to: yiwen@mochifoods.com Subject Line: Sales & Operations Coordinator Application We look forward to hearing from you! Role Description We're looking for a hungry, people-first salesperson to hit the road and get Mochi Foods into donut shops, bakeries, breakfast spots, and cafes across their region. This isn't a desk job. You'll be walking into stores, building real relationships with owners and operators, demoing product, and closing deals. If you love food, love people, and love the hustle of finding your next win — this role is for you.
