• Define and own the annual enablement roadmap, aligned to sales hiring plans, product launches, and go-to-market motions • Architect and oversee the full rep lifecycle — new hire onboarding, role-based certification paths, continuous learning, and leadership development programs • Own the organization's learning design methodology (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent) • Evaluate, implement, and optimize the enablement tech stack (LMS, content management, eLearning authoring, conversation intelligence, AI coaching) • Lead creation of the sales playbook, persona-level battlecards, and competitive positioning assets • Build a measurement framework using Kirkpatrick levels 1–4 and Phillips ROI methodology • Present quarterly enablement reviews to Sales and Revenue leadership • Design and run SKOs, regional summits, QBR content, and deal review frameworks
Job Requirements
- 5–8 yrs in sales enablement or revenue operations
- 1–2 yrs managing direct reports
- Deep expertise in CRM, SEP, and LMS platforms
- Strong program management & cross-functional influence skills
- Proficiency in enablement metrics and ROI reporting
- Expert-level knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent)
- Experience setting org-wide learning design standards and templates
- Proficiency in Kirkpatrick or Phillips ROI evaluation methodology

Role Description The Sales Operations Specialist supports the operational processes and systems that enable the Sales team to operate effectively. This role supports CRM maintenance and ongoing improvements, RFP/RFI/RFQ coordination, contract activities, and lead and pipeline workflows, ensuring work follows internal processes and company standards. Partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, the Specialist delivers accurate data and on-time insights that improve forecasting and deal execution. The role uses AI, automation, and data intelligence to reduce manual work and support improved sales performance and forecasting accuracy. • Serve as the operational backbone of the Sales organization, ensuring that tools, processes, and systems are running smoothly and consistently. • Act as the day-to-day operational partner to Sales, owning CRM hygiene, tool coordination, cross-functional execution, and project delivery. • Partner with IT to support the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce as the core CRM platform. • Act as the Sales-side business partner to ensure Salesforce is configured to support sales workflows, usability, and adoption. • Own the day-to-day operation of all sales-facing tools, serving as the primary point of accountability for usability, alignment, and issue resolution. • Help define requirements, test changes, and validate releases related to Salesforce and adjacent Sales tools. • Coordinate user access requests, workflow changes, and integration needs through established IT processes. • Support tool rationalization and consolidation efforts by documenting business use cases and operational gaps. • Act as the operational liaison between Sales and key partner teams including Marketing, Deal Desk, IT, Product, and Finance. • Support Sales Enablement by helping create, organize, and maintain sales-facing content, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with tools and processes used by Sales. • Ensure alignment on processes such as lead flow, opportunity management, quoting handoffs, and system dependencies. • Translate Sales needs into clear, actionable business requirements for technical and operational partners. • Reinforce standard processes while supporting exceptions through appropriate governance paths. • Drive remediation of duplicates, stale records, orphaned data, and incomplete or inconsistent entries.
