Technical Project Manager II – AI Initiatives

• Coordinate AI projects from initial concept through pilot phases to successful deployment, in coordination with the department lead or requestor seeking the new AI tool or technology. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to anticipate and prioritize AI opportunities. • Conduct research and analysis of emerging AI technologies and platforms, proposing the most suitable tools based on defined requirements of the requestor. • Evaluate vendors including pricing analysis and solution selection. • Lead the coordination of cross-functional AI pilots and evaluate their results. • Document technical requirements, usage scenarios, and best practices for AI tools. • Assist in managing organizational change and responsible for ensuring adoption of AI solutions. • Maintain up-to-date records on AI tools, relevant policies, and procedural documentation. • Deliver regular progress reports and insights to senior leadership. • Partner with Learning and Development (L&D) to provide training content and assist with facilitation when training staff on new AI solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology project management, IT, or digital transformation.
- Experience managing data and application security in AI platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in documentation.
- Skilled in translating technical details into accessible language for business audiences.
- Highly effective engagement and communication skills with an emphasis on presenting technical concepts to variety of project stakeholders.
- Exceptionally organized and able to balance multiple priorities, meet timelines and budget and proactively escalate scope, schedule and budget risks.
- Work effectively independently with minimum supervision.
