• Provide leadership, guidance, and project management methodologies to plan, monitor and implement projects so that they will complete on time and within budget assuring the solution aligns with / meets the business objective. • With the Project Leader, serve as the key point of contact for the project and request appropriate resources based on required skill sets. • Ensure resource managers are aware of the level of commitment required of team members. • Keeps up-to-date and educated in skills related to all project management and ensures this information is disseminated throughout the process. • Educates team members in project management principles, methods, processes and tools and provides input to team members' performance appraisal process. • Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and budget/resources. • Coordinates the daily/weekly project team assignments and monitors progress against the work plan to assure that objectives are met within the prescribed time, cost, and quality measures. • Evaluate changes in scope and schedule, assess impact on project plan, and coordinate recommendations to the leadership team for adjustments in the project scheduled/budget. • Provide effective and timely project communications to the project team and key stakeholders, including project status reports and other required reporting. • Work with remote technical team members to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan. • Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required. • Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining features backlog and specifying requirements. • Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture. • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required. • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project. • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting. • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations. • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected. • Works with impacted Business Units to ensure a quality implementation of project deliverables (technology, training, documentation, etc.) and that the new solution is adopted and new process control procedures are in place. • Reviews project work products/deliverables to assure results align with the methodology/support the project objectives.

• Coordinate all activities, communication, and planning efforts directly with FAA and Leidos personnel • Provide daily status updates, including but not limited to daily in-brief/out-brief, schedule status, material delivery status, and subcontractor status • Assist Technical Operations (TO) personnel in deployment and certification of the ERAM Technical Refresh system post-deployment • Maintain an on-site schedule in a printable, electronic database format for each ERAM system location, starting at General Acceptance (GA) and continuing through the conclusion of contractor maintenance responsibilities • Perform software installations, firmware upgrades, and other system maintenance actions • Conduct on-site maintenance of site equipment in accordance with approved technical manuals • Assist TO personnel in periodic maintenance and certification of the system after hardware maintenance actions • Support TO personnel in equipment relocation and certification of the system after hardware relocation actions • Provide technical expertise to local TO personnel during ERAM system maintenance actions, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and replacement of failed Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) • Assist with administration of site spares • Maintain site technical documentation, data files, logs, and performance records

• Manage and drive client communications throughout the entire project delivery, align different client stakeholders, ensure project is delivered successfully without delay. • Work closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. • Understand the client's product and business logic to recommend the best solution that addresses specific client needs. Provide strong solution and consulting services. • Take the project management role to ensure the client onboarding project runs as expected and under control. • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation and deployment phases, to integrate with the client systems. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies into existing systems. • Stay updated on financial services industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and offerings. • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
