Role Description We are looking for an Accountant, Global Finance to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to support our Tech Ops and Quality Financial Operations and Forecasting within Jazz Manufacturing. - Supporting Jazz manufacturing of commercial products and operational processes - Timely reporting of month/quarter end - SOX compliance reporting - Work with Finance on all inventory related Audit queries in a timely manner - Key member of the Tech Ops and Quality finance team - Supporting Jazz manufacturing team including site support to Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) interactions liaising with Procurement - Member of the cost accounting and inventory management of Jazz products – supporting Supply chain/global manufacturing in the management and reconciliation of inventory movements throughout the manufacturing process - Member of the cost accounting and inventory management of Jazz products – supporting the quarter end reconciliation of inventory movements throughout the manufacturing process - Working as a Senior member of the team to support the budgeting and forecasting of Jazz manufacturing costs - Work as a key partner with the other finance functions including Finance reporting COE, Finance Analysis team, Finance Accounting Ops and Global Consolidations team Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and ACA/ACCA qualification a must - Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS - Biotech and/or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage - Experience of and competence in using MS Office, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Experience of accounting software packages, in particular SAP, an advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluent English is required - Self-motivated and ability to work independently - Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Benefits - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Retirement savings plan - Flexible paid vacation

• Own significant portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close — journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, deferred revenue, and balance sheet reconciliations — to deliver a fast, clean, defensible close every period. • Drive accurate ASC 606 revenue recognition for multi-year, multi-element software and deployment contracts, and partner with Sales and Legal on contract review for non-standard terms. • Help prepare VOLT for and lead the company through its first full external financial audit — owning PBC schedules, working papers, technical memos, and direct interaction with external auditors. • Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and customer billing inquiries, ensuring revenue and AR are accurate and clean for both reporting and audit. • Manage AP, vendor onboarding, expense reports, corporate card programs, and 1099 reporting to keep spend controlled, compliant, and well-documented. • Manage corporate income tax, multi-jurisdiction sales and use tax, property tax, and other state and federal filings in partnership with external advisors.
