• You will be the hands-on builder behind our campaign engine — translating campaign briefs into well-built, well-measured Marketo programmes that launch on time, on brief and on budget. • You will be part of the Marketing Operations team that acts as the operational backbone for the BU Marketing Team, working closely with the Campaign Operations Consultant to deliver always-on campaign execution across Marketo, MS Dynamics and Demandbase. • You will support the Campaign Operations Consultant on day-to-day campaign delivery, deputise for them on BAU activity where needed, and act as a go-to point for other marketers across Workday Product on campaign build standards, reporting and best practice. • You will own campaign QA, ensuring every campaign is tested, deliverable, on-brand and behaves as briefed before it goes live. • You will design and build Marketo smart campaigns, engagement programmes and operational flows that scale repeatable campaign patterns (welcome journeys, nurture streams, re-engagement, event follow-up, lead routing). • You will continually look for opportunities to templatise and automate repeat work so the team can move faster without sacrificing quality. • You will be the team's champion for campaign hygiene: UTM tagging, campaign naming conventions, folder structures, program/channel mapping in CRM, list and segmentation hygiene, and lead source attribution. • You will support campaign reporting in Marketo for live campaigns — campaign member status, lead flow, conversion rates, channel performance and pacing against target.
