Qualifications - Experience as an early ops hire in a scaling firm, preferably in professional services. - Managed EOR providers across 3+ countries, including at least one high-complexity market (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, or equivalent). - Managed and developed people, with a proven track record of team building and individual growth. - Financially sharp, comfortable in Excel, able to track utilisation, PTO liability, invoicing, and expenses. - Experience working inside a PSA platform (Certinia, Kantata, HaloPSA, or equivalent) in a live environment. - Exposure to employment law, able to read contracts, flag issues, and know when to call a lawyer. - Experience in a start-up or early-stage business, with a proactive work ethic. - Extremely organised, able to manage multiple workstreams and time zones.
