• Own the long-term success of enterprise customers from go-live onward: adoption, expansion, renewal, and measurable risk reduction. • Lead the delivery of AI security engagements: threat modeling, guardrail design, red-team exercises, control frameworks, and implementation advisory against the platform. • Embed alongside customer security and engineering teams, translating their AI risk exposure into outcomes they can see and defend to their board. • Turn what you find in delivery into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive decisions, not just technical artifacts. • Act as the senior technical voice in enterprise sales cycles: presenting, demonstrating, and defending the proposition to CISOs, security architects, and engineering leaders. • Lead discovery that surfaces real risk exposure and shape it into a compelling case for the platform and the services around it. • Partner with sales on scoping, solution design, and proposals that win complex, multi-stakeholder deals across the Fortune 500. • Help shape the strategy, roadmap, and success of the AI security offering in North America. • Define repeatable delivery methods, and feed patterns from the field back into product direction. • Lay the foundations of the North America team, and grow into leading it as the function scales.
• Consultant lifecycle — end to end. From the moment a placement is confirmed to the day a consultant exits, you own the experience. Onboarding, check-ins, contract renewals, offboarding — all of it, across 10+ countries. • Multi-country compliance and EOR management. You'll personally manage our EOR provider relationships across active markets. Visa and right-to-work processes, payroll accuracy, country-specific compliance — this is yours to own, not delegate. • Client operations. You're the primary point of contact when things need to be resolved. Client escalations, invoicing coordination alongside RevOps, PSA administration, vendor and IT management — the infrastructure that keeps the business running. • Your team. You'll lead a Consultancy Engagement Lead and two Consultancy Engagement Coordinators — setting standards, running 1:1s, developing each person, and building a team that performs under pressure.
Role Description You're not looking for a Manager title to put on your CV. You're looking for a role where you actually own something. You've spent the last few years building ops in a business that was moving fast and didn't always have the infrastructure to match. You've figured things out as you went — processes, compliance, people, clients — and you've got the scars and the results to show for it. You're not a COO in waiting. You're an operator who wants to lead a function, develop a team, and build something that lasts. If that's you, read on. The opportunity at C-Serv: - Global IT consulting and workforce solutions firm operating across 10+ countries. - Need someone to lead the operational engine that makes every consultant engagement work. - Own the full consultant lifecycle, manage multi-country compliance, lead client operations, and develop a team of three. - Report directly to the CEO and be the primary escalation point between delivery and leadership. Qualifications - Experience as an early or first ops hire in a scaling firm, preferably in professional services. - Experience managing EOR providers across 5+ countries, including at least one high-complexity market. - Experience managing and developing people with direct reports you've genuinely grown. - Financially sharp and comfortable in Excel. - Experience working inside a PSA platform in a live environment. - Exposure to employment law. - Experience working in a start-up or early-stage business. - Extremely organised with multiple workstreams and time zones. Requirements - Evidence of being the reason things held together during a growth phase. Benefits - £60,000 – £65,000 base salary + performance bonus. - Fully remote — work from anywhere in the UK. - A genuine seat at the table in a business that's building something real. - Direct access to the CEO — no politics, no layers. - A team to lead and develop from day one. - The autonomy to build the function your way. - A values-led, DEI-committed, 100% woman-owned business.
• Building and shipping generative AI features end to end: from model selection and fine-tuning through to the inference path that serves them. • Designing multi-agent and RAG architectures, and anomaly detection, that are accurate, observable, and cost-aware at scale. • Owning the real-time inference layer on Triton and TensorRT, optimising for latency, throughput, and GPU efficiency. • Standing up the surrounding microservices in Python and FastAPI, containerised and orchestrated for reliability. • Setting the technical bar: making architecture decisions, raising code quality, and mentoring engineers around you. • Partnering with research and product teams to take ideas from experiment to a service customers depend on.
Role Description Most engineers get to use large language models. You will get to build the systems that run them in production, at scale, under real latency and reliability constraints, for one of the most recognised names in application security and traffic management. Our client is expanding its AI Core group and is looking for a Senior or Staff AI & ML Engineer in the UK. This is hands-on, build-focused work at the centre of how the business turns generative AI from a prototype into a dependable product. You will design and ship multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, anomaly detection, fine-tuned models, and the real-time inference layer that serves them. If you want ownership over a serving stack rather than a single notebook, and you want your work measured by what holds up in production rather than what demos well, this is the seat. What you will own - Building and shipping generative AI features end to end: from model selection and fine-tuning through to the inference path that serves them. - Designing multi-agent and RAG architectures, and anomaly detection, that are accurate, observable, and cost-aware at scale. - Owning the real-time inference layer on Triton and TensorRT, optimising for latency, throughput, and GPU efficiency. - Standing up the surrounding microservices in Python and FastAPI, containerised and orchestrated for reliability. - Setting the technical bar: making architecture decisions, raising code quality, and mentoring engineers around you. - Partnering with research and product teams to take ideas from experiment to a service customers depend on. Qualifications - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record as a technical lead who mentors others. - Strong, current Python engineering, with production services built and shipped (FastAPI or similar). - Genuine hands-on GenAI depth: LLMs, RAG, agentic or multi-agent workflows, anomaly detection, and fine-tuning (for example LoRA or PEFT). - Real-time inference experience with NVIDIA Triton and TensorRT, with real attention to latency, throughput, and cost. - A microservices mindset, with services built in Python and FastAPI, containerised and orchestrated for reliability. - Solid grounding in Docker and Kubernetes, and large-scale distributed systems on a major cloud. - Right to work in the UK. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to equal opportunity. Requirements - Experience with vLLM or other serving frameworks alongside Triton and TensorRT. - Experience in security, networking, or other high-reliability domains. - Big-data tooling (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake) and modern MLOps practice. Benefits - A genuine build mandate inside an established AI Core team, not a proof-of-concept that never ships. - Fully remote working anywhere in the UK, built around delivery rather than presence. - Competitive salary, strong benefits, and clear scope to grow into staff and principal-level influence. - The backing of C-Serv throughout: a delivery partner that runs a real quality filter and looks after its people, end to end. - A clear path to grow into staff and principal-level technical influence. - Full support from C-Serv across the hiring process and beyond, with full-cycle accountability. - A values-led, woman-owned delivery partner built on empathy, integrity, collaboration, and growth.
