Hypori

• Own Hypori's DIB and CMMC marketing motion end-to-end • Develop and maintain Hypori's DIB-specific messaging framework • Work directly with the Executive Leadership Team to define Hypori's external voice • Track the CMMC regulatory landscape and translate changes into updates • Produce DIB-specific content that moves pipeline • Write with architectural credibility regarding CMMC scope reduction • Develop thought leadership pieces and bylined articles • Handle Hypori's presence at DIB and CMMC-relevant events • Build relationships in the CMMC practitioner community • Coordinate with the DIB sales team for content needs

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience with direct exposure to the DIB or defense contractor market
  • Deep familiarity with CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and CUI handling requirements
  • Demonstrated experience producing content for technical, compliance-minded buyers
  • Understanding of the C3PAO and RPO ecosystem
  • Experience planning and executing event presence at defense or DIB-focused forums
  • Strong writing skills to convey complex arguments clearly
  • Experience working directly with senior executives on communications
  • Independent contributor with broad ownership
  • Prior time at a DIB prime, sub, or defense-adjacent technology company is preferred
  • Willingness to travel to DIB and CMMC-focused events
