• Understand sales processes and metrics required to evaluate individual performance, technology efficiency, and process gaps. • Create, organize, and maintain reusable and robust reports in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel that track various KPIs as well as business performance, efficiency, and productivity gaps. • Conduct root cause analyses to understand impacts of different variables on KPIs and translate those insights into actionable information about impacts to the business. • Create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed. • Provide assistance to the Sales department by independently developing insights and recommendations, translating complex data into actionable business decisions, and owning recurring reporting and dashboard deliverables. • Tell compelling stories with data to drive the adoption of analytical insights. • Ensure that deliverables are accurate, available, useful, and easy to use. • Continuously learn new skills and reporting tools to ensure the highest quality reporting and insights. • Other tasks and duties as required by management.
