• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and sales enablement initiatives • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and creative teams to develop, maintain, and update a wide range of marketing materials • Assist with content creation and distribution across PR, email marketing, website, and other digital channels • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and deliverables • Support the management of Firefly's digital presence through website updates, SEO initiatives, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts • Coordinate the execution of trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, internal events, and other brand activations • Maintain and organize marketing resources, content libraries, templates, campaign assets, and internal documentation • Monitor campaign performance of marketing initiatives, preparing reports and insights on key metrics • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, customer insights, and growth opportunities • Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within media, advertising, technology, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Experience creating marketing materials such as presentations, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website management, and SEO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus
- Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for marketing, advertising, technology, and continuous learning
