• Own the bidirectional data sync between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring leads, stages, and contact activity are accurately reflected across both systems at all times. • Create and implement complex automated workflows and drip campaigns within HubSpot, leveraging Salesforce opportunity stages and custom object fields to trigger personalized content based on prospect journey and account status. • Design, maintain, and optimize multi-step automation workflows driven by Salesforce object updates (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Custom Objects) to trigger HubSpot actions including email sends, enrollment, suppression, and branching logic. • Develop and enforce data validation rules, field-mapping schemas, and sync logic to prevent duplication and maintain database integrity at scale. • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot API sync errors, integration logs, and workflow audit histories to diagnose systemic issues in record updates, field mismatches, sync delays, or permission-related failures. • Create precision-targeted segments using a combination of Salesforce report criteria and HubSpot behavioral data (events, timestamps, scoring attributes) for complex campaigns and automated journeys. • Own enrichment, deduplication, archival, and sunset automation processes to ensure long-term data quality and compliance within both platforms. • Design conditional branching and content pathways that deliver the right message at the right time based on CRM and behavioral signals. • Implement workflow version control to ensure updates to triggers, enrollment criteria, and dependencies do not disrupt active marketing and sales processes.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in marketing data management, email automation, and CRM integration.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce with a deep working knowledge of both platforms is required.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture such as objects, fields, relationships, and sync logic.
- Proven experience building complex automation workflows and drip campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting sync issues between systems.
- Experience with behavioral segmentation and lifecycle-stage management.
- Strong data hygiene instincts such as deduplication, enrichment, and compliance at scale.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to dig into logs, audit trails, and data discrepancies to find root causes.
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach to managing complex, interdependent systems.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to translate technical data concepts for marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial services industry and/or B2B marketing environments is a plus

- Competitive Base Salary Range of $62,800 to $100,800. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience
