• Own the architecture and operation of secure, scalable, highly available AWS and AWS GovCloud infrastructure supporting the Hypori SaaS platform end to end. • Set the technical direction for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation). • Drive engineering tasks for platform reliability, scalability, and capacity. • Lead end-to-end observability strategy across Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and/or ELK. • Serve as incident commander for high-severity production events; drive root cause analysis and lead systemic, multi-phase remediation. • Design and implement CI/CD platforms and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline). • Lead the operation and evolution of containerized workloads on Kubernetes and Docker. • Identify and develop solutions for cloud cost optimization. • Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and shape the technical standards the broader team is measured against. • Lead cross-team resolution of systemic operational issues. • Represent Hypori in technical conversations with external cloud and infrastructure vendors.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on federal procurement, including the FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements; negotiate sole-source SBIR Phase III awards, contract modifications, option exercises, and orders placed through aggregator and reseller vehicles such as the GSA Multiple Award Schedule, NASA SEWP, and ITES-SW2; support proposal reviews, representations and certifications, and signature authority matters. • Negotiate teaming, reseller, and distributor agreements with prime contractors and government channel partners, including flowdown clause review and acceptance; protect SBIR data rights and deliverable markings under DFARS 252.227-7018; advise on procurement integrity, organizational conflicts of interest, gifts and gratuities rules, mandatory disclosure, and supply chain requirements such as Section 889. • Negotiate, draft, and manage SaaS agreements, EULAs, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, leases, and insurance across federal and commercial revenue lines. • Own the creation and negotiation of agreements with vendors, suppliers, channel partners, and other third parties, including software licenses, professional services, and procurement terms. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy regimes such as GDPR and US state privacy laws, as well as cybersecurity requirements. • Oversee corporate governance, participate in board meetings, and ensure accurate minute-keeping. • Engage and manage outside counsel for specialized matters such as funding rounds, debt transactions, and M&A, serving as the internal point of contact and managing scope, quality, and cost. • Develop practical legal and risk management strategies that mitigate risk and support growth; translate legal requirements into workable business solutions for non-legal stakeholders.

• Own renewal, retention, and the commercial health of all active DoW contracts, tracking contract end dates, funding cycles, and renewal timelines 12-plus months out • Lead contract modifications, option-year exercises, and re-competes with the discipline of a new deal • Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope on renewals and expansions, protecting both the relationship and Hypori's economics • Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your account set: new users, new commands, and new use cases • Map buying centers above and below your current contacts to find unfunded or underfunded mobile security requirements • Build expansion business cases tied to mission priorities, budget cycles, and compliance obligations (CMMC, RMF/ATO, STIG) • Serve as Hypori's primary commercial point of contact for each assigned DoW account, owning the relationship from program office to senior IT and acquisition leadership • Build relationships broadly across each account so Hypori is not dependent on a single champion, staying close to program managers, CORs, and contracting officers as requirements and budgets take shape • Partner closely with the account's technical account manager, aligning commercial strategy with delivery so account health and expansion move together • Maintain accurate account plans, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipeline in CRM • Give leadership an honest, grounded read on account health, renewal risk, and expansion potential each quarter

• Maintain a deep understanding of the security aspects of Hypori's product/system architecture and implementation patterns; collaborate with engineering teams on threat models; participate in design and architecture reviews; and engage across scrum teams to surface and address application security, privacy, and compliance concerns. • Be the go-to AppSec expert for software engineering, security, and compliance teams. Mentor engineers on application security principles, secure design patterns, and secure coding practices; grow security capability and awareness through thought leadership and active engagement. • Develop and maintain software security patterns to enable security/compliance/privacy-by-default engineering, such as: secure coding and configuration standards, code snippets/templates for Infrastructure as Code, hardening of containerized applications, etc. • Lead automation and integration of vulnerability management tooling – including SAST, DAST, and SCA tools – across artifact repositories, container registries, and other components of development and build pipelines. • Perform security-focused code reviews on request, providing targeted guidance on security-sensitive components and implementation decisions. • Triage vulnerability and compliance testing results for technical implications, validate their applicability, determine exposure in a system/component context, and generate user stories for remediation efforts. • Contribute to technical compliance strategies and hardening across cloud infrastructure, development/QA environments, and system components (such as FIPS-validated crypto configurations and network segmentation); implement quality gates and security test suites across development and build pipelines. • Actively contribute to the success of Hypori’s Security Champions program. • Participate in Engineering on-call rotations to provide application security expertise during incident triage and response. • Protect intellectual property, user data, and system integrity by (a) adhering to Hypori's policies and procedures for secure software development and (b) following best practices for secure product design, implementation, and deployment of development, build, test, production, and other environments.

Role Description As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Application Security in Hypori’s Product & Engineering organization, you enable software engineering teams to continuously improve the security posture of our products and operational SaaS environments. Role Description This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of FP&A, who leads both accounting and FP&A at Hypori. You will own accounting operations end to end and work directly with FP&A, the CFO, and external auditors. The role offers broad exposure across accounting, finance, and strategy, with a clear path to grow as the function scales. Responsibilities - Own the monthly close in Rillet, our AI-native ERP, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and flux analysis. - Own ASC 606 revenue recognition for our subscription contracts. - Manage accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and collections cadence through Rillet. - Manage accounts payable, vendor onboarding, and corporate card program through Ramp and Bill.com. - Run the payroll cycle through BambooHR, including reconciliation to the GL and accruals. - Own employee expense workflow on Ramp, including policy enforcement and month-end accruals. - Lead the automation roadmap, identifying what to automate next and designing workflows in Rillet. - Maintain the equity ledger in Carta, including stock-based compensation accounting and 409A timing. - Own audit readiness and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors. - Partner with the Director of FP&A on forecasting, variance analysis, and SaaS metrics. - Develop and document accounting policies, internal controls, and process documentation. - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, People, and Legal to ensure clean data flows into the general ledger.
