Job Description

Part-time Executive and Marketing Assistant

CoWorq

• Build and document SOPs for key business processes — think sales workflows, onboarding processes, and client communication systems • Create a scalable, repeatable onboarding system for therapists with resources, templates, expectations, and educational content • Set up and manage a referral program for therapists, including process and incentive structure • Schedule monthly therapist meetings and establish seamless communication systems • Manage Dr. Angelica's calendar using Google Calendar, including troubleshooting sync issues • Communicate with clients via email for scheduling and availability • Build a calendar booking system for Discovery Calls • Post job ads to recruit therapists and manage communication in a WhatsApp group • Review job applications and recommend interview questions • Create SOPs for client onboarding and manage project management systems

Job Requirements

  • Solid project management experience
  • Effective and proactive communicator
  • Highly organized and can manage multiple moving pieces
  • Compassionate understanding of the impact on clients, families, and therapists
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new tools (Jane EMR, Google Calendar, AI tools, automation platforms)
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team
  • Experience with social media management, basic graphic design, and email marketing
  • Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or wellness setting is a plus
