We need an experienced partner who has worked with CEOs before, understands the high-stakes nature of executive support, and can proactively suggest systems that improve efficiency. Qualifications - You are a "Force Multiplier" who is organized enough to manage three sets of books and creative enough to draft a compelling newsletter article. - You are a self-starter who takes pride in the "behind-the-scenes" excellence that allows a CEO to lead effectively. Requirements - Executive Experience: You have previously worked directly with a CEO or high-level executive and understand the expected pace and professionalism. - Independent Thinker: You don't just point out problems; you come to meetings with research in hand and suggestions for solutions. - Proactive Communication: You provide "heads-up" alerts before issues arise and are always on time with deliverables. - System Savvy: Ability to manage a CRM (Constant Contact) and various project management tools across different brand identities.
