About The Role VSCO is looking for a Creator & Community Relations Coordinator to serve as the bridge between our brand and photographer partners. This person will be the primary contact for our ambassadors, affiliates & more and will own creator relationship programs from end-to-end including sourcing, onboarding, activation and ongoing optimization. You’ll partner closely with our Marketing, Brand and Product teams to equip and activate brand advocates in order to support key business initiatives and drive continued awareness and growth. The Day to Day - Source, recruit and train new photographer partners on brand messaging, product knowledge, and communication guidelines - Negotiate affiliate commission structures, ambassador fees, placements, and partnerships - Coordinate engagement cycles, product seeding, early access programs, event integrations and co-creation opportunities - Build and nurture relationships with long-term brand advocates going beyond transactional campaign work - Support creators through the content development process from briefing to review to publishing - Own, measure and improve program performance against KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment - Identify opportunity areas to iterate on programs based on data, creator feedback, and business needs. The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance. The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. Role Description The Supervisor, Patient Engagement Center roles were created in tandem of ExactCare's shift to a unified team with the Centers of Excellence. This individual will lead Pharmacy technicians and specialists in our inbound call center. They will work alongside the Pharmacy Managers to drive and support department efficiencies.
