Role Description We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our fast-growing international iGaming business. This highly commercial role is focused on building and managing operator relationships, negotiating profitable agreements, and driving revenue growth across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will serve as the key link between operators and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient execution, and continuous monetization of traffic. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming affiliate management, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role. - Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deal structures. - Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and reporting tools. - Proven track record of negotiating successful commercial agreements with operators. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken. - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and markets simultaneously. Requirements - Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and operators. - Negotiate new commercial agreements and optimize existing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals. - Identify new partnership opportunities and revenue growth initiatives. - Create and manage affiliate accounts across multiple operators, countries, and platforms. - Set up, maintain, and monitor tracking links, campaigns, and reporting systems. - Analyze performance data, KPIs, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities. - Collaborate with Content, SEO, Product, and Management teams to improve conversion rates and overall monetization. - Act as the primary point of contact between operators and internal teams. - Handle commercial, administrative, and financial aspects related to affiliate partnerships, payments, and reconciliations. - Prepare regular business and revenue performance reports for management. - Continuously seek opportunities to increase revenue, improve deal structures, and maximize profitability.
