Role Description We are seeking an exceptional, entrepreneurial Head of Communications for APAC. This person is a senior leader who will own and drive our regional communications strategy and execution while playing a pivotal role in global and regional PR initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep regional media relationships with an interest in and passion for the digital asset space. We're looking for a builder: someone who's comfortable operating with autonomy, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to convert communications strategy into measurable results. Qualifications - 12–15 years of experience in PR and communications, with a strong background in financial services, fintech, or technology; crypto experience is preferred. - Superior stakeholder management and presentation skills. - Established media connections across APAC relationships across business, broadcast, financial, and crypto media. - Proven track record running regional and global PR campaigns that generate significant, high-quality media coverage. - Experience with investment and financial communications. - An entrepreneurial mindset; you set ambitious targets, hold yourself accountable, and know how to get results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. - Team management experience and the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. - Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. • Lead language quality initiatives for Arabic; conducting localization reviews, UX testing, and identifying linguistic, functional, and cultural discrepancies to ensure an optimal local product experience. • Apply and refine LLM prompts and AI workflows to drive language quality, terminology consistency, and efficiency across Arabic content. Document and share prompt learnings with the team. Evaluate AI output quality systematically and flag issues. • Connect localization output to content performance and SEO signals in the Arabic market, turning user feedback and market data into measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, and engagement. • Partner with Product, Design, Content System, Engineering, Marketing, and SEO to influence upstream decisions, ensuring Arabic users get a fully localized experience (not just translated strings), including RTL behavior, cultural appropriateness, dialect/MSA tone choices, and content readiness. • Lead Arabic localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
