• Work with Internal Audit leadership and business stakeholders to build risk-based and regulatory-focused audit plans aligning to company priorities. • Manage end-to-end audits, reviews, and consulting projects. • Own and grow a portfolio of VIP clients in the NEA market, serving as their primary point of contact for product queries, service escalations, and account needs. • Build rapport with new and existing clients through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and tailored support. • Monitor key client behaviour and trading patterns; flag risks and opportunities to the wider team. • Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) to resolve client issues quickly and deliver a seamless experience. • Support client acquisition through offline events, campaigns, and referral programmes. • Maintain clean, up-to-date client records and contribute to weekly reporting on portfolio health. • Execute on team-defined VIP service standards and escalation protocols.

• KOL Management: Identify and collaborate with KOL to promote the exchange in NEA region. • Lead relationships with OKX's most strategic VIP clients in NEA — including institutional accounts, ultra-HNW individuals, and key referral partners — with higher revenue accountability than a standard RM role. • Identify and act on unspoken client needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis; produce senior-level client intelligence reports that inform product and commercial decisions. • Design and own client service frameworks — including tiering logic, escalation protocols, and service-level standards — that the broader team adopts and operates within. • Act as a senior commercial partner to marketing, product, and operations teams; influence go-to-market decisions for VIP campaigns and product launches. • Mentor and support junior RMs; provide quality reviews, share market insight, and help onboard new team members into the client management approach. • Drive new VIP acquisition through strategic partnerships, high-profile events, and executive-level networking — not just execution, but origination. • Own accurate portfolio data and lead weekly performance reviews with leadership; use data to proactively flag risks and recommend strategic adjustments.

• Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing, from initial brief through final asset delivery • Use AI to accelerate every phase of the design process: ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production polish. • Sort out AIGC prompts and internal visual resource library to improve design efficiency. • Possess fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, Seedance etc) • Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity and conviction

• Design, implementation and continuous improvement of the AML/CFT compliance program for El Salvador in alignment with the global standards. • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across operational workflows and control frameworks throughout LATAM jurisdictions. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the global compliance operations team and the local/regional team, ensuring alignment on policies, procedures, escalation protocols, and regulatory standards. • Develop scalable solutions for operational efficiency, accounting for both current regulatory requirements and anticipated changes. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to address regulatory challenges, working with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Product teams as needed. • Contribute to knowledge-sharing across compliance functions and support training efforts for the regional team. • Review and resolve escalated Transaction Monitoring cases referred by the operational team: apply senior risk-based judgment to complex or ambiguous alerts, make final suspicious activity determinations, and ensure all case documentation meets the evidentiary standard required for regulatory defensibility. • Own the preparation and timely submission of all mandatory periodic regulatory reports before local authorities.

• Identify and remove friction points in the user onboarding journey specific to local market conditions, including language, payment methods, KYC flows, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with product and compliance teams to localise the product experience for SEA users. • Track and improve key accessibility metrics — onboarding completion rate, time-to-first-transaction, and local payment adoption. • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth campaigns (paid social, influencer, CRM, referral, and partnerships) tailored to each market's audience and culture. • Own campaign P&L: set targets, manage budgets, and deliver against CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs. • Work with creative, brand, and localisation teams to develop market-relevant messaging and assets. • Analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and iterate rapidly. • Collaborate with the product team to identify growth loops, referral mechanics, and feature adoption opportunities. • Drive go-to-market execution for new product launches and features in the three markets. • Champion user research and local market insights to shape product roadmap priorities. • Build and maintain segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to improve LTV and reduce churn.
