You’ll reconnect with customers through calls and follow-ups, turning abandoned carts and cancellations into renewed subscriptions. Your Mission Will Be To: - Conduct outbound phone calls as the primary channel, reinforced by strategic follow-up emails, to convert leads into sales. - Own win-back campaigns specifically targeting abandoned carts and failed payment/cancelled subscription accounts. - Focus relentlessly on revenue-based performance metrics, driving toward a weekly benchmark of 60–70% recovery on reached customers. - Accurately navigate restricted BOSS (ERP) lead lists to capture customer pain points and pitch tailored subscription solutions. Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, or Revenue Recovery roles. - Prior exposure to subscription models and retaining subscription customers is highly preferred. - Resilience, persuasive negotiation tactics, and a consultative sales approach. - High autonomy to self-manage outreach cadences according to data-driven peak conversion windows. Requirements - Experience working with Shopify checkout flows and recovery automation (Nice to have). Benefits - Starting at $800 USD/month. - Full time. - Shift flexibility is required.
