Credit Financial Modeling Specialist II

• Credit portfolio: constructing and modeling credit products; • Creating and monitoring targets and KPIs to assess partner performance; • Developing and maintaining Credit and Collections policies; • Proposing financial solutions focused on credit and risk reduction; • Leading the development of business logic/rules for new indicators, responsible for building queries and data-related processes and ensuring data accuracy and integrity; • Designing new processes and driving continuous improvement across the area, with a strategic perspective to propose new solutions; • Developing dashboards (Looker Studio and Tableau) and reports to monitor business indicators; • Developing queries in BigQuery; • Interfacing with multiple areas and collaborating effectively with other teams; • Leading analyses and providing strategic, data-driven insights.

Job Requirements

  • Programming knowledge (SQL, BigQuery);
  • Technical knowledge of finance (Balance Sheet / Income Statement / Cash Flow);
  • Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform);
  • Experience in credit; experience with corporate (legal-entity) clients is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Tableau and/or Looker Studio;
  • Ability to analyze complex scenarios;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Ability to work autonomously in an innovation- and technology-driven environment;
  • Curiosity and drive to dig deeper and seek solutions;
  • Clear, direct, and objective communication;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or technology-related fields.

The incumbent will oversee preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements and schedules included in the earnings release and direct accounting research and compliance issues related to the filings.
