Program Finance Analyst

Role Description Reporting to the Program Control/Finance Manager, this is a key role that provides financial oversight, analysis, and reporting of variance types of programs. In close collaboration with the program team, this role will influence good decision making for the program, company, and customer. Responsibilities will include: - Establishing cost baselines - EAC development - Analysis of contract task orders - Labor analysis - Subcontract finances - Purchase requests - EBITDA and revenue forecasting Knowledge of Earned Value Management is a plus and will help provide performance information to the program and management team. Regular coordination with Finance, Contracts, Project Management, and other teams to develop and present program financial reporting. The role prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as required. Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

Role Description Stratolaunch is looking for a Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting responsible for directing SEC filings including annual and quarterly reports, forms and correspondence by ensuring accuracy of data presented. The incumbent will oversee preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements and schedules included in the earnings release and direct accounting research and compliance issues related to the filings. This role will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer. - Ensures financial statements comply with GAAP and SEC requirements and maintains all supporting documentation for financial statements and related footnotes. - Ensures compliance with debt covenants and debt reporting requirements. - Ensures proper coordination of all requirements from outside auditors. - Ensures the accuracy of financial information released in forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and all other financial SEC filings. - Directs the preparation of the financial data included in the quarterly financial earning releases and the quarterly analysis provided to management. - Prepares and reviews forms 10-K on an annual basis and 10-Q on a quarterly basis, including footnote disclosure and supporting documentation. - Conducts technical accounting research as needed and prepare accounting memos. - Implements new accounting standards. - Ensures compliance with the Accounting Policies and Controls Manual. - Preparer of Financial Reporting sections of Audit Committee sections of communication package. - Prepares supporting schedules and provide information as necessary to assist external auditors quarterly reviews and annual audit, 401K audit as appropriate. - Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley documentations related to financial controls. - Coordinates quarterly disclosure control committee requirements. - Oversees the preparation of the quarterly and year-to-date weighted average shares outstanding analysis (basic and diluted) for EPS analysis. - Oversees the preparation of monthly “Stock Based Compensation” Expense and support for underlying valuation, as appropriate. Role Description The Security Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level) will support the development, implementation, and coordination of information security program efforts and related risk management activities across the company. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards, monitor threats, and support the organization’s overall security posture. Role Description Stratolaunch is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support the company’s legal, contractual, and compliance needs across a fast-moving aerospace and defense environment. This role will report to the Head of Contracts and Legal and will provide practical, business-oriented legal support with a primary focus on government contracting, aerospace/defense transactions, corporate governance, and strategic growth initiatives, including preparation for potential future capital markets activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in federal government contracts, experience supporting complex aerospace or defense programs, and familiarity with the legal and governance workstreams associated with IPO readiness, financing transactions, and public-company style compliance disciplines. This individual must be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, partnering directly with executive leadership, supply chain, finance, HR, engineering, and program teams to identify risk, enable business objectives, and maintain compliance. As an Regulatory Compliance Manager for range integration, you will accept a critical role in achieving new milestones in aviation and enabling the development of high-speed test vehicles to be air-launched from Stratolaunch carrier aircraft. Your role will focus on Range integration activities both CONUS and OCONUS. You will work on a small team whose mission is to develop and maintain relationships with Stratolaunch’s regulatory and operating government agencies. We will coordinate civil and DoD compliances, approvals, and notification needs. Depending on your experience, you will support launches in real-time from the Mojave control room as the interface between government and Stratolaunch operational teams. You will support the launch license preparation, submittal, and approval through the FAA-AST. You will work with the cross-functional team to ensure accurate and consistent technical information on the flight systems is communicated to regulatory and operating stakeholders and potential customers. As a key member of the team, you will have an essential role in meeting our ambitious company objectives. You must establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues on a small, agile design-to-flight team. You will be challenged with bringing unique and complex aircraft to operational use at a company that believes in giving our team members the authority and responsibility to succeed.
