• You will take on the functional and disciplinary leadership of the Accounting and Commercial Operations teams, with a total of nine employees, and continuously develop structures, processes and staff. • As Site Manager for Sprakebüll you will be responsible for organizational and administrative matters and ensure smooth cross‑departmental collaboration. • You will manage the commercial activities of the companies under our supervision and be responsible for liquidity planning, budgeting, forecasts as well as profitability and performance analyses. • You will further develop our reporting, controlling and KPI systems and prepare sound decision‑making materials for management, shareholders and investors. • You will ensure efficient and compliant finance, accounting and administrative processes and drive their continuous optimization. • You will be responsible for contract, insurance and lease management and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate requirements. • You will support investment, optimization and repowering projects and contribute to the economic development of our wind, solar and biogas plants. • You will prepare shareholder, advisory board and investor meetings, participate in them and ensure professional follow‑up. • You will work closely with banks, tax advisors, auditors, investors, service providers and internal departments. • You will support the executive management on strategic matters and actively contribute to the further development of our company and business relationships.

• Technical planning and engineering of PV ground-mounted systems • Development of technical concepts for storage solutions and self-consumption • Cost estimation and preparation of technical planning documents • Coordination of all technical trades during the construction phase • Monitoring quality, schedules, and budget • Acceptance testing and handover of systems together with clients • Point of contact for clients and interface management

• Independent processing of financial accounting for multiple companies • Review, account assignment and posting of routine business transactions • Processing and monitoring of payment transactions • Account reconciliations and resolution of open items • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with tax consultants/auditors • Support with reporting, analyses and liquidity overviews

• Responsible for the successful implementation of photovoltaic system projects • Conduct feasibility studies and on-site assessments • Prepare detailed system plans • Manage projects and coordinate with various stakeholders • Serve as the electrical engineering contact during the construction phase • Prepare all relevant documentation and records
