Role Description Stratolaunch is looking for a Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting responsible for directing SEC filings including annual and quarterly reports, forms and correspondence by ensuring accuracy of data presented. The incumbent will oversee preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements and schedules included in the earnings release and direct accounting research and compliance issues related to the filings. This role will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer. - Ensures financial statements comply with GAAP and SEC requirements and maintains all supporting documentation for financial statements and related footnotes. - Ensures compliance with debt covenants and debt reporting requirements. - Ensures proper coordination of all requirements from outside auditors. - Ensures the accuracy of financial information released in forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and all other financial SEC filings. - Directs the preparation of the financial data included in the quarterly financial earning releases and the quarterly analysis provided to management. - Prepares and reviews forms 10-K on an annual basis and 10-Q on a quarterly basis, including footnote disclosure and supporting documentation. - Conducts technical accounting research as needed and prepare accounting memos. - Implements new accounting standards. - Ensures compliance with the Accounting Policies and Controls Manual. - Preparer of Financial Reporting sections of Audit Committee sections of communication package. - Prepares supporting schedules and provide information as necessary to assist external auditors quarterly reviews and annual audit, 401K audit as appropriate. - Coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley documentations related to financial controls. - Coordinates quarterly disclosure control committee requirements. - Oversees the preparation of the quarterly and year-to-date weighted average shares outstanding analysis (basic and diluted) for EPS analysis. - Oversees the preparation of monthly “Stock Based Compensation” Expense and support for underlying valuation, as appropriate. • Serve as the financial partner to Sales on live credit deals — modeling the full economic stack: interchange, finance charges, fees, rewards costs, cost of funds, expected losses, network fees, and sponsor bank revenue share • Build deal-level models that capture the full life-of-portfolio economics • Partner with Credit Risk and Capital Markets teams to make sure every deal model reflects realistic loss assumptions, funding costs, and capital efficiency considerations • Partner with the credit function to build the foundational models for credit product • Model multi-party revenue share structures across program manager, sponsor bank, processor, and network • Lead deal review meetings on credit deals with sales leadership • Build and continuously sharpen the credit-specific deal desk toolkit • Help Sales speak credibly about credit economics with prospects • Stay close to credit product evolution, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the credit issuing space • Collaborate closely with the rest of the deal desk team across debit, prepaid, and other product lines • Experiment with AI to make credit deal modeling faster and better

Role Description As Senior Product Manager, Financial Services, you will own the end-to-end financial experience for sports organizers, from how money flows into the platform to how it is managed, reconciled, deployed, and scaled. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll set the strategy and execution for the financial services domain, building a cohesive, compliant, and scalable system that supports organizers’ full financial lifecycle. This role is deeply hands-on and execution-oriented. You will operate at the intersection of fintech, SaaS, and sports operations, building integrated financial workflows that enable organizers to: - Collect revenue - Manage expenses - Reconcile accounts - Access capital While you won’t have direct people management responsibilities, you’ll be expected to operate with senior-level judgment, cross-functional influence, and full ownership of one of the company’s most strategic growth areas.
