Role Description We are hiring an Analyst, Clinical Partnerships to help grow and support the relationships that drive referrals and clinical network expansion across Rosarium. You will work closely with the Director of Clinical Partnerships to support hospitals, Enhanced Care Management (ECM) providers, physician groups, community organizations, and independent clinicians. The role combines partnership development, clinician recruitment, market research, and operational support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to healthcare partnerships, business development, value-based care, and provider network growth. This position is intended to grow into future roles such as Clinical Partnerships Manager, Provider Relations Manager, Network Development Manager, or other healthcare growth and operations leadership positions. What You'll Do - Support Partnership Growth - Support outreach efforts to hospitals, physician groups, ECM providers, community organizations, and referral partners. - Research prospective partners and identify opportunities in existing and emerging markets. - Coordinate meetings, follow-up activities, presentations, and relationship management efforts. - Track partnership activity and key performance metrics. - Recruit and Engage Clinicians - Support recruitment efforts for occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and other clinicians. - Assist with clinician outreach, onboarding, and engagement initiatives. - Maintain clinician relationship data and network performance tracking. - Identify opportunities to improve clinician participation and network growth. - Drive Market Development - Support referral generation efforts across key markets. - Assist with conferences, webinars, outreach campaigns, and partner events. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis. - Help develop partnership materials, presentations, and outreach collateral. - Support Operations and Analytics - Maintain CRM and partnership tracking systems. - Monitor referral activity and partnership performance. - Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and leadership updates. - Support special projects across growth, partnerships, and operations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required. - 0–3 years of professional experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred Experience - Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Gerontology, Public Policy, or related field. - Experience in healthcare, public health, community-based services, nonprofit organizations, provider organizations, or healthcare startups. - Experience conducting outreach, research, recruiting, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development. - Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, value-based care, or community-based healthcare programs. You will work with the CEO every day on company planning, KPI reporting, board materials, and cross-functional initiatives such as payment innovation and new revenue models. This role is focused primarily on internal business operations and strategy. You will work closely with leaders across Clinical, Technology, Finance, and Operations. This position is intended to grow into a senior leadership role such as SVP of Operations, SVP of Strategy, or Chief Operating Officer. What You'll Do - Build the Company Operating System - Manage planning cycles, OKRs, dashboards, and leadership meetings. - Track progress against company goals. - Improve visibility and accountability across teams. - Lead Strategic Initiatives - Drive projects such as payment innovation and new revenue models. - Conduct financial and operational analyses. - Partner with Product and Engineering on systems improvements. - Support the CEO and Board - Prepare presentations, analyses, and recommendations. - Coordinate board decks and board materials. - Help keep high-priority initiatives on schedule. Role Description We are hiring a Manager, Network Strategy & Operations to build and support the provider network that powers Rosarium. - Responsible for network development, management, and adequacy, allowing members to receive services in a timely manner. - Recruit, credential, contract, and provide network oversight to ensure all network providers are up to date on required documents and are meeting Rosarium standards and requirements. - Work directly with the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the tools and processes used by providers and internal teams. What You'll Do - Build and manage the Provider Network. - Recruit clinicians (occupational therapists, physical therapists) and licensed contractors. - Onboard and support the contractor network. - Collaborate with operations to solve for network gaps. - Develop market launch plans to ensure adequate coverage. - Build relationships with universities, associations, and provider organizations. - Manage Provider Operations. - Oversee credentialing, contracting, network adequacy, and compliance. - Identify opportunities for improvement for onboarding and training, including resources to expand the knowledge and skills of network contractors. - Coordinate with Finance on provider payments. - Track key operational metrics such as timely credentialing/recredentialing. - Monitor performance of network timeliness, accuracy, and member satisfaction. - Partner with Product and Engineering to improve workflows. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in operations, marketplace strategy, network development, or healthcare services. - Experience in training and managing 1099 employees. - Strong project management and analytical skills. - Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams. - Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, and operational systems. - Clear communication and a relationship-focused approach. Role Description We are hiring a Manager, Clinical Operations to: - Manage the Prior Authorization process with Payers - Oversee the end-to-end process for prior authorization submission, timely approval, and respond to denials and appeals - Work with operations staff for timely completion of internal documentation and processes that impact submission of prior authorizations - Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline process for approval and mitigate denials - Onboard and support the clinician network - Provide onboarding for all new network clinicians, including initial training on Rosarium processes, expectations, and assessments - Provide ongoing support to clinicians - Identify opportunity for improvement for current training documents, development of educational programs, and ideas to enhance the knowledge/skills for our clinicians - Oversee clinician performance including documentation on assessments, compliance with Rosarium Health requirements, and provide additional training and support as needed - Identify opportunities for improvement in structure, ability to obtain proper information and/or other enhancements to ensure quality and efficiency of the clinical assessment - Collaborate with product and tech to enhance the ability for data collection and reporting from assessments You will work directly with the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the systems used by clinicians and operations teams. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position in clinical operations.
