• Respond to HR questions and support leaders and team members with day-to-day needs • Support onboarding, team member changes, and offboarding activities • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy across systems • Process transactions and conduct audits to support compliance • Assist with HR reporting and business data requests • Support team member relations and promote positive employee experiences • Participate in orientation, training, and HR initiatives • Maintain confidentiality and contribute to process improvements

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role
  • Knowledge of HR processes and team member lifecycle support
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
