GP Strategies
• Define and drive the overall sales training strategy, aligned to business goals, dealer performance, and brand standards • Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design scalable, results-driven training solutions • Lead the design and development of ILT, virtual, and video-based training content • Create high-impact presentations and visual storytelling assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite • Ensure training programs are engaging, practical, and aligned to real dealership and customer scenarios • Oversee curriculum development across roles, ensuring consistency and scalability • Present program strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels • Establish quality standards and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data • Drive innovation by incorporating modern learning practices and technologies
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or training strategy, ideally in automotive sales or dealer environments
- Experience developing sales enablement or dealer-facing training programs
- Strong background in creative development with hands-on experience building presentations and visual content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video tools, and PowerPoint
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and performance-based training
- Strong communication and executive presence—comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Passion for developing people and improving dealership performance.
