Creative Director, Media and Visual Content

• Define and maintain the creative vision for ImmersiCast, StoryTeller NewsPro, WeatherShow Creator, and future broadcast products. • Lead the design and development of graphics packages, motion graphics, templates, augmented reality content, virtual set elements, and interactive experiences. • Oversee creation of demonstration content used for product launches, customer presentations, NAB, IBC, and other industry events. • Ensure visual consistency across all broadcast products and client-facing deliverables. • Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align creative assets with product capabilities and customer needs. • Develop innovative visual storytelling techniques that showcase weather, news, sports, elections, traffic, and other data-driven content. • Lead, mentor, and manage designers, motion graphic artists, animators, and creative contractors. • Establish creative standards, workflows, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Broadcast Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional creative experience in broadcast television, media, advertising, or digital content creation.
- 3+ years of leadership or creative management experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in broadcast graphics, animation, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Experience leading creative projects from concept through final delivery.
- Strong understanding of television production workflows and broadcast graphics systems.
