• Create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client • Develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels • Partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals • Apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work • Present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships

Job Requirements

  • 2 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative
  • Long-form content experience
  • Must be comfortable and proficient in building a long-form template in INDD
  • Figma proficiency
