Your Mission: This is a player-coach role. You'll lead a lean UA team and still get your hands dirty. Running campaigns, testing creatives, analyzing cohorts, scaling what works. This is not a management role where you delegate and review. We need someone who leads from the front and executes. Our UA and monetization teams operate as one tight unit. That means you won't just own acquisition, you'll have a direct seat at the table on monetization strategy, optimizing the full funnel from first click to LTV. What you will do: - Run & Optimize Campaigns: Plan, execute and scale user acquisition across Facebook, Google, TikTok and Apple Search Ads. - Own the Data: Dive into SQL, MetaBase and Excel to analyze performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives and bidding strategies. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Growth, Product and Design to align UA with product and monetization goals. - Experiment Constantly: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages and audience segments to drive improved performance across user acquisition channels. - Manage Multiple Apps: Balance campaigns across different products, each with its own growth playbook. - Level Up ASO: Implement and track strategies to improve app visibility, rankings and conversion rates in the app stores. Qualifications - Must have experience working on the developer side (in-house at an app or game company) NOT AGENCY. - 2-3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with proven success managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok and Apple Store. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, MetaBase and Excel to derive insights and drive campaign performance. - Deep knowledge of mobile marketing metrics: including Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV). - Experience with mobile SDKs or attribution tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer) to track user behavior and optimize campaigns. - A track record of cross-functional collaboration, partnering with marketing, product, design, and data teams to align strategies and deliver results. - Ownership mindset - Ability to work independently, lead projects and manage multiple campaigns with precision. - Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for experimentation and continuous optimization.
