Senior Customer Growth Manager – Upsell & Retention
Recare
• Du entwickelst und setzt eine Customer-Marketing-Strategie für Kliniken und Nachversorger entlang des gesamten Customer Lifecycles um (Onboarding, Adoption, Retention, Expansion). • Du planst und führst Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Kampagnen für bestehende B2B-Kunden durch (z. B. zusätzliche Module, Lizenzen, Funktionspakete). • Du baust Retention-Programme auf und entwickelst sie weiter, die Nutzungstiefe, Zufriedenheit und langfristige Kundenbindung fördern. • Du baust ein Customer-Advocacy-Programm auf und steuerst es: Du aktivierst Kunden aus Kliniken und Care-Einrichtungen als Fürsprecher, Multiplikatoren und Co-Creator über Marketing-, Community- und Co-Building-Formate. • Du arbeitest eng mit Customer Success und Sales zusammen, um Reifegrade und Potenziale bei Kunden zu identifizieren und Stakeholder-spezifische Nutzenargumente zu entwickeln. • Du analysierst Nutzungs-, Retention- und Expansion-Daten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
Job Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du bringst 6-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B Marketing oder Customer Marketing mit, alternativ im Customer Success oder Product Marketing, idealerweise im Health-Tech-, Pharma-Tech- oder SaaS-Umfeld.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Bestandskunden und komplexen B2B-Accounts (vorzugsweise Kliniken, Pflegeeinrichtungen, Verbünde).
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Krankenhaus- oder im Care-Umfeld mit sowie ein Grundverständnis für regulatorische und organisatorische Rahmenbedingungen im Gesundheitswesen.
- Du kannst nachweisbare Erfahrung vorweisen im Aufbau oder der Umsetzung von Upsell- und Expansion-Initiativen, Retention-Programmen und Customer-Advocacy-Formaten (z. B. Referenzen, Case Studies, Webinare, Kundenevents).
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Sales- und Customer-Success-Teams sowie im Enablement interner Stakeholder.
- Du gehst sicher um mit CRM- und Marketing-Tools (z. B. Salesforce oder vergleichbar) sowie der Analyse von Nutzungs- und Kampagnendaten.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließend Englisch.
