Role Description Privia Health seeks a Sr. Corporate Counsel to provide support on activities relating to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic business initiatives. This position will support the other members of the legal team in complex healthcare transactions, but will also have an opportunity to work autonomously on contract drafting, review, and negotiations.
