Who We Want As a Carrier Compliance Coordinator at Arrive, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers’ freight and upholding our company’s reputation. This role will vet, monitor, and manage motor carrier relationships, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and potential fraud. You will serve as a key partner to our Carrier and Customer Sales teams, ensuring that all carrier engagements meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and reliability. What You'll Do - Carrier Vetting & Risk Assessment: Evaluate and approve new carrier applications, utilizing advanced screening tools and investigative techniques to assess risk factors, detect potential fraud, and ensure compliance with company and federal regulations. - Incident Resolution: Resolve load and carrier issues, balancing speed with thorough risk analysis to protect customer interests and meet internal service level expectations. - Carrier Onboarding: Execute and manage the onboarding process for US and Mexican carriers, ensuring full compliance with federal regulations and the company's safety standards. - Policy Enforcement & Agreement Management: Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to enforce company policies; ensure all carrier agreements and required documents are on file, up-to-date, and align with legal, safety, and ethical standards. - Continuous Monitoring & Proactive Intervention: Utilize real-time monitoring platforms to track carrier authority, insurance, safety ratings, and behavioral patterns; proactively flag and escalate anomalies or suspicious activity to prevent losses and service disruptions. - Insurance Verification & Compliance Audits: Liaise with insurance providers to verify coverage, investigate discrepancies, and ensure ongoing compliance with Arrive’s stringent requirements; conduct periodic audits of carrier documentation and performance. - Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records in our proprietary TMS, documenting all compliance checks, risk assessments, and incident resolutions; generate actionable reports to inform leadership and support continuous improvement. - Fraud Detection & Risk Mitigation: Analyze alerts for changes in DOT authority, insurance expirations, contact changes, and third party reports; investigate and respond to potential fraud, collaborating with Claims and Risk teams as necessary. - Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely and accurate guidance to internal teams on load resolutions, risk mitigation strategies and best practices in carrier management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in risk management, logistics, or compliance may be considered in lieu of degree. - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus OR Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) required (for GDL) - Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. - Exceptional analytical, logical reasoning, and investigative skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings clearly and professionally. - Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and logistics management systems; experience with risk monitoring tools preferred.
