• Act as a supporting administrator for the financial systems, including user access, security roles, system configurations, and integration support. • Partner with financial system stakeholders and other Senior Systems Administrators to maintain, enhance, and automate financial systems and processes. • Support the monitoring of segregation of duties, user access controls, and compliance with SOX/Gaming. within the financial systems. • Participate in system testing for new products and launches to ensure financial system integrity and reporting accuracy. • Support configuring, maintaining, and validating data for integrations between financial systems. • Assist with reporting needs and ad hoc system queries from accounting and finance stakeholders. • Support user training, documentation, and troubleshooting across financial systems. • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve system workflows. • Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration
- Familiarity with accounting operations and internal control environments.
- Proficiency in administering systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM, Navan, Sovos, Payment Providers, Uber Business, Planful, NetSuite, Blackline, or similar ERP/finance tools.
- Proficient in AI-powered development and productivity tools, including Anthropic’s Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, GitHub, and Visual Studio.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
- Ability to balance day-to-day administration with long-term projects and enhancements.
- Self-starter with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting teams across time zones is a plus.
