• Achieve annual top-line sales targets and performance metrics as outlined in the MoboTrex Corporate Business Plan. • Increase revenue through proactive sales activities, new customer acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts. • Promote, present, demonstrate, and sell all MoboTrex products and services. • Manage regional sales activity in a cost-efficient manner aligned with the approved operating budget. • Maintain regular customer visits and field-based relationship-building across the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, engineers, agencies, and industry partners. • Provide timely and responsive customer support, problem-solving, and follow-up. • Drive the specification and promotion of core traffic signal products and expand peripheral product sales. • Monitor and communicate competitor intelligence, market trends, legislative updates, and industry changes. • Participate in annual sales planning, forecasting, and budget development.
• The Marketing Specialist owns day-to-day marketing execution across all of our operating companies. • This is a hands-on, AI-native generalist role: building and running campaigns in ActiveCampaign, maintaining websites in Duda across every entity, tracking inbound performance and lead flow, running our LinkedIn-led social presence, and producing the sales collateral our regional teams use every day. • Plan, build, deploy, and measure email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences in ActiveCampaign across all entities. • Maintain segmented contact lists, suppression rules, and automation workflows; keep data clean and deliverability healthy. • Partner with sales on inbound lead routing, follow-up workflows, and reporting on campaign-sourced pipeline. • Provide general marketing support to lead-generation activities across the business, including light backup for sales-led bid and opportunity tracking when needed. • Own and maintain websites for all of our brands in the Duda CMS: content updates, page builds, forms, and publishing workflows. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside agencies on larger site changes, redesigns, and brand transitions. • Ensure brand, navigation, and messaging consistency across the portfolio while respecting each entity’s positioning. • Manage on-page SEO and emerging AEO (answer-engine optimization) practices across all sites. • Track and report on web traffic, conversions, inbound form submissions, and channel performance using analytics tools. • Run our LinkedIn-led social presence: content calendar, posting, engagement, and reporting across the portfolio. • Produce and maintain sales collateral: datasheets, one-pagers, sell sheets, decks, case studies, and event handouts. • Drive consistent brand expression across all entities and customer touchpoints.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. • Support Regional Sales Managers on joint sales calls, vendor presentations, and customer meetings to close contracts. • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs and RFIs. • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates using CRM tools. • Conduct field surveys and on-site troubleshooting to better understand customer challenges and generate future sales opportunities. • Deliver technical product training to external customers and internal staff to strengthen product knowledge and confidence. • Represent NexTech at trade shows, conferences, and industry association events as a company ambassador. • Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful execution of large or complex projects. • Identify new product opportunities and supplier partnerships aligned with company objectives. • Provide feedback from customers and field experience to guide product development and improvement.
