Qualifications Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. - TS/SCI Clearance - Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator - Cloud (or ability to obtain). - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. - Direct experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager supporting SAFe or scaled Agile environments. - Strong hands-on experience designing and administering JIRA workflows, boards, dashboards, automation rules, and user permissions. - Experience integrating Agile tooling (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence) with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows. - Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team Agile planning, risk management, and release readiness in complex technical programs. - Experience working with or supporting hybrid cloud or distributed computing environments. Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Experience supporting test automation ecosystems (REST Assured, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, SoapUI, load/performance tools). - Familiarity with classified or multi-domain environments, security controls, or cross-domain workflows. - Experience working with CMCC, CBC2, AOC Falconer, DI, JFN, or other DAF C3BM modernization programs. - Exposure to Continuous ATO, RMF workflows, or security evidence automation. Desired Skills and Certifications: - SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe RTE, or Advanced Scrum Master certification. - Security+ or other DoD 8140/IAT II baseline certification. - Experience with Zero Trust models, hybrid cloud architectures, or enterprise integration. - Strong technical writing, briefing, and cross functional communication skills.
