Windows System Administrator

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments. • Manage and support Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policies (GPOs). • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and other Windows services. • Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server and email services. • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user licensing. • Configure and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines and identity services. • Deploy, manage, and maintain virtual machines using VMware technologies. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, applications, email systems, and infrastructure-related problems. • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security updates. • Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity procedures. • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational reports. • Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support to end users.

Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Windows System Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, or a related infrastructure support role.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience managing VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience managing user identities, permissions, and access controls.
  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows infrastructure services.
  • Understanding of virtualization, cloud technologies, and system security.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
