Demand Generation Manager
GroundTruthGroundTruth is an advertising platform that turns real-world behavior, including location and purchase data, into market
Role Description GroundTruth, now part of ZeroToOne.AI, is building the predictive intelligence layer for the next era of advertising, moving the industry from reacting to past behavior to anticipating what consumers will do next. As Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the paid channels and nurture programs that create market interest and translate that into pipeline. This is a high-ownership role. You'll work directly with the VP of Marketing to translate GTM strategy into demand gen execution, building campaigns that generate qualified leads for our enterprise sales team and new users for GroundTruth Ads Manager, our self-serve ad platform, Addy.co, an ad marketplace for SMBs, and pipeline for new products as we expand the ZeroToOne.AI platform. This is a builder role at a company in the middle of a real transformation. If you've been the person who figures it out (sets up the attribution, writes the brief, challenges the agency, and still has a point of view on what to cut) we want to talk to you. You will own: - B2B Paid digital strategy and execution across search, social, and display. - User acquisition and lead gen programs targeting enterprise brand marketers, media agencies, and SMB and local advertisers. - Nurture strategy: working with content and product marketing to design email and lifecycle touchpoints that move prospects through the funnel. - Agency and vendor management: day-to-day oversight of our performance agency, platform relationships, and budget pacing. - Demand gen reporting: pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, and channel efficiency, with a point of view on what's working and what to cut. - Performance analysis: proactively monitor and report on performance and insights; review and challenge channel-specific plans to ensure efficiency and alignment to business goals. - Partner with Sales to understand and ensure lead quality, optimize towards higher-value customers. - Creative messaging development, A/B testing. Qualifications - At least 4-6 years in demand gen, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally at a startup, B2B SaaS or ad tech company. - Proven track record running paid campaigns that generate pipeline. - Comfort operating across both enterprise B2B and self-serve/SMB motions. - Data fluency and attribution and strong analytical instincts. Gets into the data themselves, and owns it when attribution breaks. - Someone who can take a GTM brief and turn it into a channel plan without much hand-holding. - AI-forward with judgment: fluent in AI-assisted execution but knows when not to trust it. Requirements - Experience in ad tech, location intelligence, or marketing technology. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic DSPs like The Trade Desk. - Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. - Experience with both brand and performance budget allocation. - Experience with LLMs and Gen-AI platforms. Benefits - Fully-paid medical premiums for employees. - 401(k) employer match. - Generous parental leave. - Wellness and gym reimbursement. - Family and pet expense reimbursement. - Education and coaching reimbursement program. - Daily lunch credit when working in-office. - Fully stocked snacks and beverages in-office. - Option for mobile phone reimbursement or separate company phone. - Equity analysis to ensure fair pay. Compensation package $85,000 - $115,000 base salary, 15% bonus ($97,750 - 132,250 OTE). The listed salary range is reflective of the cost of labor in the candidate’s location and may vary depending on where the role is filled. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The final deadline to apply is 6/30/26 but early applications are strongly encouraged as we may begin interviewing prior to that date.
