Role Description Our client is seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth with Chinese game publishers expanding into Southeast Asia. This role will focus on positioning our client as the preferred market-entry and growth partner for Chinese publishers looking to establish and scale their presence across the region. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with deep gaming industry knowledge, existing publisher relationships, and experience navigating cross-border business opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Market Expansion & Growth - Support growth initiatives across Southeast Asian gaming markets, particularly Indonesia and the Philippines. - Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across the company's service portfolio. - Position the company as a leading market-entry and growth partner for international game publishers entering Southeast Asia. - China Publisher Partnerships - Build and strengthen relationships with Chinese game publishers, developers, and ecosystem partners. - Generate inbound revenue opportunities from Chinese publishers seeking growth in Southeast Asia. - Advise publishers on go-to-market strategy, creator partnerships, community building, localization, and player acquisition. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing and growth solutions. - Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and partner meetings across China. - Commercial Leadership - Own regional revenue targets and growth objectives. - Develop and manage a strong pipeline of publisher and strategic partnership opportunities. - Lead commercial negotiations and long-term partnership agreements. - Work with leadership teams on pricing strategies, commercial offerings, and new service development. - Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational excellence. Role Description The Key Account Manager – Workforce Solutions (KAMWS) is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships within the Workforce Solutions segment to increase revenues, client acquisition, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
