These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla. We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey! About the Role We are hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own demand generation across our full partner ecosystem: Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure; our integration and technology partners (ISVs); and our solution integrators (SIs) partners. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has built partner marketing programs from the ground up and knows how to drive pipeline both with partners (joint demand gen we run together) and through partners (programs partners run on our behalf). You will work cross-functionally with our partnerships team, regional field marketing, product marketing, demand gen campaign managers, as well as directly with the marketing and field teams inside our partner companies. What You Will Do Cloud Service Provider (CSP) co-marketing - Own the joint marketing strategy and demand generation calendar with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, aligned to ClickHouse Cloud growth goals in each cloud. - Build joint value propositions and "better together" messaging in partnership with product marketing, and turn it into campaigns, content, webinars, and events. - Drive co-marketing presence at CSP flagship events (AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next) and competitive surrounds, coordinating with the field marketing team. - Operate fluently inside CSP partner programs and portals (AWS Partner Network, Google Cloud Partner Advantage, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program) to access co-marketing motions, listings, and benefits. - Strategically manage Market Development Funds (MDF), allocating spend efficiently and tying it to clear return on marketing investment. - Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for our CSPs, owning the day-to-day relationship with their partner account teams. Cloud Marketplace demand generation - Build co-marketing programs that drive transactions through the AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure Marketplaces, driving ClickHouse Cloud signup volume. - Partner with sales and alliances to make Marketplace a measurable demand and pipeline channel. Integration and technology partner (ISV), and Solution Integrator (SI) programs - Build go-to-market and demand gen programs with our integration partners across with joint messaging, content, and campaigns that generate net new and expansion pipeline. - Prioritize the integration partners that matter most to our PLG and enterprise motions, and develop repeatable launch playbooks for new integrations. - Act as the marketing lead for our integration partners (ISVs), driving the working relationship with their marketing counterparts and keeping joint programs moving. - Design and run a tiered, scalable campaign-in-a-box program that equips solution integrator partners to market ClickHouse to their customers with co-branded, ready-to-run campaign kits. What You Bring - Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B partner marketing, demand generation or similar role within the database or developer tooling space. - Direct experience marketing with CSPs (AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure), including familiarity with their partner programs, co-marketing motions, and Cloud Marketplaces. - Experience building "with" and "through" partner programs across more than one partner class (CSP, ISV, SI). - Proven ability to build scalable, repeatable programs from the ground up, not just execute existing ones. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Strong cross-functional operator who can influence senior stakeholders across partnerships team, field marketing, and product marketing, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
