Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests specifically for partner-led digital activities to maximize lead generation. - Budget & Planning: Manage the regional partner marketing budget, drafting yearly plans and coordinating with partner teams to ensure high-quality execution. - Operational Support: Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), support account managers, and assist in finding customer stories and referrals. - Events: Coordinate the yearly Partner Conference, oversee partner onboarding for events, and attend major trade shows as required by regional partner activities. - Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations. Qualifications/Skill - Relationship Management: Proven ability to build rapport and influence marketing counterparts within partner organizations. - Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple co-marketing projects simultaneously from concept to completion. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating "story-driven" marketing content. Education and Experience - Years of Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing. - Industry Background: Previous experience with a global hardware manufacturer is key, but so is a passion for the broader technology landscape. You should feel equally comfortable discussing marketing strategies for educational kits and hobbyist components as you are coordinating high-level initiatives for industrial automation partners. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AMER technology landscape and distribution channels. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in copywriting, crafting professional marketing claims, and creative storytelling. - Direct experience with A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and user funnel optimization.
